What size TV can I use with this lift?

Since the lift travels 29.5” up and down, the TV should not be any higher than that. Most TV’s from 46” and some 50” (diagonal) and smaller will be less than 29.5” in height without the stand.

Can the lift be used to drop from a ceiling?

Yes it can be used to drop from a ceiling. It just mounts upside down.

What is the speed of travel?

The lift travels 1.1 inches per second or about 26 seconds overall.

What type of remote does it use?

The standard remote is Radio Frequency (so it works through walls, like a garage door opener) but we have a new IR option available for $57.00 if you want to program it into a system.

Can I mount any brand TV to the lifts mounting brackets?

Yes.

Does the lift come with everything I need to install in a cabinet?

We do not provide screws to mount the lift to a cabinet, or the TV to the lift. Otherwise it has everything you need.

What are the electrical requirements?

The lift plugs into a regular 110 wall outlet. We also have 220 units available for overseas applications.

What are the minimum dimensions that I need for the lift?

Inside height is 34.5”. The width is determined by the TV. Depth is 2.75” for the lift plus the depth of the TV plus some clearance space.

How does the lift mount?

It mounts directly to the inside back of a cabinet or to a wall.

What is the warranty?

2 years on electronics, 5 on metal parts.

Do you ship lifts international?

Yes we ship via USPS anywhere in the world. Typically the charge is 180 – 250 depending upon location.

How soon do the lifts ship?

Orders usually ship within 24 of receipt of order and payment.

Why is it so cheap?

The lift is not cheap but inexpensive. Fact is that this is not rocket science. The first requirement when developing the lift was that it needed to be high quality and affordable.

What is the return policy?

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our product. We do this because we have never had a return in the three plus years we are doing this. If you are not satisfied please call or email us and we will take the lift back. Please be sure that it is not installed and in sellable condition.

Can the lift be used in a boat, or RV?

Yes, many of our clients are using lifts this way.
